Ww2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using the ww2 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all Terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ww2 platform via ww2.run or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the ww2 platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ww2 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms is deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

The ww2 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. ww2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to register one account on the ww2 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a breach of these Terms, and ww2 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including closing the account and withholding any existing balance.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
You must notify ww2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Ww2 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your own negligence.
Identity verification may be required before you can withdraw funds.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a ww2 user, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set by the platform. Use of this platform is strictly for personal entertainment purposes, and you are responsible for ensuring that your betting activities comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

The following are strictly prohibited on the ww2 platform:

Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that violates the stipulated terms.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, along with the forfeiture of all winnings associated with the breach.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the ww2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ww2 supports a range of popular local payment methods in Malaysia, including e-wallets and online bank transfers. No currency conversion fees apply, as all transactions are conducted directly in MYR.

Deposit

All deposits are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed.
Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the payment method selected.
Deposited funds are typically credited within minutes upon successful confirmation.
Ww2 reserves the right to decline or reverse any suspicious deposit.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
Full identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.
Withdrawal processing times are between 24 to 48 business hours.
Ww2 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents to verify any withdrawal transaction.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Ww2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform, including service interruptions, technical delays, or data loss. ww2's total liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

All content on the ww2 platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the intellectual property of ww2 or its third-party licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission from ww2.

The ww2 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ww2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access such links at your own risk, and ww2 makes no warranties regarding those third-party services.

6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

Ww2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at ww2's sole discretion. In cases of suspension, any legitimate funds in the account will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to certain conditions.

Users may also close their own account by contacting the ww2 support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all required security checks have been completed.

Changes to Terms

Ww2 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the ww2 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels.
